My husband and I have called several times left multiple messages to schedule an appointment for a massage. Was assured we would recive a call back in the next day when I called to complain about not being able to schedule the massage. Its been over a week now without call back. I understand being booked or even not being able to schedule an appointment at this time but to be completely ignored by the person who is able to schedule the massage because when you call the salon your given another number to call to schedule. My advice to the salon. Have someone willing to provide services before advertising it. This was a gift card purchased specifically for massage for a birthday that cant be used because we cant get an appointment scheduled or even a call back that at this time they are unable to schedule for whatever reason. Very unprofessional on part of the masseuse.

I was a walk-in customer wanting a haircut and manicure. They were very accommodating fitting me into their schedule, and they did a great job.

Best place I've found in Arca0de NY. Very friendly and great service, cuts and color. Love Casey, she knows her stuff. She listens to what you really want and performs. I've never had anyone there that didn't deliver. Great pricing as well. Give them a try if you want the best.
